Expect to Be Greeted at the Door …
before our discipleship hour (9-9:30 am) and before morning worship service (10:30 - 10:45 am). Our members are trained to spot the “deer in the headlights look” and will help you find a seat, restrooms, nursery, and the children’s ministry schedule. Worship begins at 10:45 and concludes sometime between 12:00-12:15 pm.
Expect Both Young and Old aka “Seasoned”
God has blessed us with being a multi-generational church. We have newborns to nineties. You will find a lot of activity and a wealth of wisdom; and everything in between. We have Sunday school classes and serving opportunities no matter what stage of life you are currently in.
Expect Jeans & T-shirts and Dresses & Ties
The majority of our congregation can fit under the category of “casual” to “business casual.” Depending on the season, you will find T-shirts to ties and everything in between. Our pastor mostly dresses in slacks and an unbuttoned dress shirt. We do not care what you wear as long as you are here and what you are wearing … is modest.
Expect the Worship Service to be about God
The pastor, deacon on duty, and worship-team work together to ensure that our time together on Sunday morning is all about Christ. The music, prayer time, giving, and preaching are Christ-centered and God-honoring. It is serious business when we worship God. We recognize the primacy of preaching in the worship service, as we sit attentively under the preached exposition of Scripture.
